Mary J Blige Steve Vai Stairway To Heaven Music Video
Mary J Blige took to the stage of American Idol tonight to perform her recently released cover version of Led Zeppelins classic Stairway To Heaven and she brought her studio collaborators with her. Members of her backing band included guitarists Steve Vai Himself and Orianthi, Travis Barker of Blink 182 on drums, and Idol judge Randy Jackson on bass guitar.

Blige also recently covered Zeppelins Whole Lotta Love as part of a two-song EP which has been released in iTunes.
Mary J. Blige will be appearing on an episode of Oprah performing Stairway to Heaven in April 2010
